The Missouri Chapter of the Trail of Tears Association is delighted to present a monograph entitled Trail of Broken Promises by the chapter president Mr. Rocky Miller. Rocky is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, and a former State Representative for the State of Missouri. Rocky is a Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor. As a Land Surveyor, he has mapped and traversed many miles of the Ozark hills. His business is Trail Consulting, LLC. Rocky holds a Bachelor of Science-Civil Engineering, University of Missouri-Rolla and a MBA from St. Ambrose University.
Rocky is married to Della Miller, and is the father of 4 children and 8 grandchildren. Rocky enjoys camping, hiking, biking and kayaking.
